Process Configuration Services
NextEng provides customised services to ensure optimum process configuration is selected in the early phase of the project. The value addition and the profitability can be increased manifold by selecting the right configuration. NextEng helps in shortlisting the number of cases to be studied in the early phase of the study based on simple parameters such as net margin or Capex ratio on the basis of the battery limit costs available in open literature, prorating based unit capacity. The shortlisted options are carried further and in some cases, process licensor input is required.
In some special cases, linear programming is also carried out to optimise the configuration.
Process Simulation
NextEng have access to the latest version of various commercial softwares which are then used for providing process simulation services. Other specific services include heat exchanger network analysis, heat exchanger sizing, flare system analyser services etc.
