At NextEng, we have a dispersed work execution model where the work is performed remotely at various locations in small work packages. A team in our centralised location coordinates and monitor the progress of these work packages. The centralised team is fully responsible for progress reporting, Client communication, assembly and delivery of scope of work for the project.
